The Customer is Always Right, Part 1

Web 2.0 - and by extension, its progeny Library 2.0 - assumes that users know that they're doing. They can create content, edit content, upload and share content, vote, rate and rank content, classify content, and comment on content. The system relies on these activities. Users are all-knowing and all-powerful. The customer is always right.

Sounds like a plan.
