Coming soon: New Version of Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Software

During the week of June 11th, the University Libraries will be upgrading OCLC/ILLiad, the request management software used for interlibrary loan and document delivery (including UA Delivery Services). On Tuesday, June 12th, the ILLiad software will be unavailable as we go live and test the new version, known as ILLiad 7.2. Testing will continue for at least the rest that week, but we expect that you will be able to place orders again on June 13th. Please plan your Interlibrary Loan and UA Delivery Services ordering accordingly. Look for our completely redesigned Web screens for ILLiad with new features such as forms for ordering videos, audio, dissertations, etc. and a place for receiving messages from the ILL Department. We hope that our new look will be more streamlined as you place your requests for materials owned in other libraries and in the University Libraries. Questions? Phone 518-442-3613, 518-442-3617 or
