Chemistry Central Journal
The Chemistry Central Journal is a new online open access initiative of BioMed Central and Chemistry Central. It is both peer-reviewed and open access. "Chemistry Central supports PubMed Central and other digital repositories, and encourages self-archiving by authors. All research articles published by, or in cooperation with, Chemistry Central are archived without delay in PubMed Central and several other international archives. Chemistry Central also allows authors to immediately deposit the official, final version of their published article in any suitable digital repository. Several institutions that are research funders have introduced official policies requesting or requiring their authors to deposit the articles they publish in a central archive. Chemistry Central fully supports these deposition policies and is compliant with them." UAlbany researchers should consider publishing in Chemistry Central Journal or similar iniatiatives.
