IEEE Xplore Digital Library will be Unavailable

Due to scheduled maintenance, the IEEE Xplore Digital Library will be unavailable 3 - 4 pm EDT on June 21, 2007. Although we do no subscribe to the complete IEEE Xplore Digital Library, we do provide online access to a few journals in this collection.
