Electronic Book of the Month

A Computational Introduction to Number Theory and Algebra by Victor Shoup has been selected as the Electronic Book of the Month for December. It "introduces basic concepts from computational number theory and algebra, including all the necessary mathematical background." The Electronic Book of the Month Archive has been updated. Please note that this book will be the last selection in this series.
