Engineering Village at the New York State Library
The UAlbany Libraries does not provide access to Engineering Village. Enginerring Village is available from the New York State Library (NYSL) via remote log in. Engineering Village consists of three databases: GeoRef (which we provide access to separately), NTIS (which we provide access to separately) and Compendex. Compendex is the online version of Engineering Index. The Engineering Village version of Compendex available from the NYSL covers from 1970 forward. It indexes over 5,600 journals, trade magazines, and conference proceedings annually. To access Compendex or Engineering Village from NYSL, a NYSL Borrower's Card is required.
