APS to Launch Open Access Journal

The American Physical Society (APS) will launch a peer reviewed, open access journal called Physical Review X (PRX). PRX will cover all fields of physics, and Jorge Pullin (Louisiana State University) will serve as editor. Articles will be published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License, leaving copyright with the authors. There will be a $1,500 article processing charge.
