New at the Interactive Media Center: Internet Marketing Workshop

Have you been to the Interactive Media Center lately? Not only do they provide cameras, scanners, and lots of other goodies, but you can also take classes. Not another class, you’re thinking, I’m already taking too many! No sweat: no tests, no grades, no homework, and there’s just one class session. Oh yes – and it’s free! Learn only the skills and software tips you need, and get on with your life.

We also have some super top secret insider info for you: there’s a brand new class being offered this semester called “Internet Marketing: Making the Web and Your Web Site Work for You.��? The great people at the IMC want to teach you to “discover how to harness the power of social networks (such as Facebook), blogs, and other modern Internet media to drive visitors to your site. Also learn about creating and maintaining the message for your site's marketing programs.��?

If any of the class times don’t work for you, round up three friends and the IMC will create a special session for your group (subject to staff and facility availability).
