What’s Cool about the University Libraries?

If you are a University at Albany student, we invite you to enter our Film Shorts competition, and you’ll have the chance to share your opinion. In fact, winning entries will be mounted on the University Libraries’ Web site for all to see.

We are looking for films of up to 5 minutes that highlight what you think is cool about one or all of the libraries. And we definitely encourage creativity (though take a look at the contest rules for the guidelines). The Interactive Media Center has equipment and software that will help you to create your film.

Deadline for entries is December 10, 2007, with the winning entries selected by the end of February, 2008. Winning entries will be posted on the University Libraries’ website. There will be prizes and an award ceremony for the winning entries.
