DSM Library

The University Libraries are pleased to announce access to the DSM Library online for University at Albany students, faculty and staff. DSM-5 is the most comprehensive resource for clinical practice available to today's mental health clinicians and researchers of all orientations. DSM-5 is used to diagnose and classify mental disorders, and is the product of more than 10 years of effort by hundreds of international experts in all aspects of mental health.

The DSM Library includes DSM-5, DSM-5 Handbook of Differential Diagnosis, and DSM-5 Clinical Cases. It also contains PDF files of the complete DSM archives: DSM-IV-TR, DSM-IV, DSM-III-R, DSM-III, DSM-II, DSM-I

IBISWorld has the world's largest collection of U.S. industry reports. It covers over 700 industries and identifies, quantifies and analyzes nearly 4,000 individual product segments. Its reports are written at the 5-digit level of the official North American Industry Classification System (NAICS). Reports are fully updated three times per year on average, ensuring the most accurate data, trends and intelligence reach the students and faculty of SUNY Albany.

IBISWorld's report format is consistent across the collection, which allows you to find answers quickly, compare and benchmark industry data and analysis and transplant our data into your own research, reports and presentations.

The core product is the Industry Market Research Reports component. Each industry report is written at the 5-digit NAICS level - an unparalleled degree of granular detail covering over 97% of the US economy. The reports are updated frequently to give you the most up to date information available.

Each report includes 9 chapters, and 34 sub-chapters provides the most detailed supply chain information on the market; features historical and forecasted revenue data; operating strengths and weaknesses; analysis of external drivers; the competitive landscape and major players; and industry profit and cost structure benchmarks.

Also included in our subscription is the US Specialized Industry Reports component. The reports are written with the same format and outline as the core reports, but cover more niche and emerging sectors of the US economy with a little more product-focus and granularity. This section includes over 550 reports classified under Financial & Advisory Services, Consumer Goods & Services, Industrial Machinery, Gas & Chemicals, Online Retail, Life Sciences, Business Franchises, Technology and more. This collection continues to expand at a rate of about 10-15 reports/month.
